Urben is a construction company based in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, recognized for delivering high-quality real estate developments that combine innovation, modern design, and premium finishes — all while maintaining accessible prices. Their goal is to offer housing solutions that genuinely improve quality of life, standing apart from the more standard construction approaches within the same housing program.

The redesign of their website began with an in-depth UX audit, followed by a round of user testing with participants from diverse backgrounds. These insights helped validate key issues we had identified, such as unclear navigation and low usability in critical flows. My focus was to create a cleaner, more human-centered experience that better reflected Urben’s values and services. It was also the first time the design and performance teams worked closely together, resulting in a smooth and collaborative process, with the final interface bringing clarity, structure, and consistency to Urben’s digital presence.
